This 4-Week immersive program is an opportunity to dive deep into the essence of forgiveness and discover how meeting past hurts with compassion can liberate your heart. There's a difference between rudimentary forgiveness and liberating forgiveness. Liberating Forgiveness has the power to heal our hearts and change our lives forever. This kind of forgiveness goes beyond simply saying "I forgive." Through a curated journey of insightful teachings, guided meditations, reflective exercises, and community discussions, you'll discover the healing power of forgiveness, while cultivating emotional resilience and inner peace.

The Largest-EVER study on Forgiveness was released last year and the science is clear: Forgiveness leads to decreased levels of anxiety and depression, and has a significant impact on our physical, mental, and spiritual health, as well as our relationships, personally, professionally and societally. At a time when humanity feels deeply broken and divided, Liberating Forgiveness is a powerful medicine, for our own health, the health of our families, relationships, and the world.

Join us for a deeply transformative journey into the lived-experience of compassion and forgiveness.
Module 1: Understanding Forgiveness
In this introductory module, participants will explore the concept of forgiveness, its importance, and its impact on all levels of our well-being (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.) Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, and experiential practices, we'll examine common misconceptions about forgiveness and begin to break down the barriers to forgiveness. Participants will begin to understand and experience the profound benefits of forgiveness for their own hearts and lives, while coming together in a community of shared intention.

Module 2: The Journey Inward | Forgiving Ourselves
This module focuses on self-forgiveness, guiding participants to look within and meet themselves with compassion. We'll delve into self-awareness and self-compassion, creating a safe space to acknowledge pain and start the healing process. Through mindfulness, journaling, and reflective exercises, participants will learn to cultivate a forgiving heart towards themselves.​

Module 3: Releasing Resentment | Forgiving Others
In this module, participants will learn practical strategies for forgiving others who have caused them harm. We will explore different approaches to forgiveness, such as empathy and perspective-taking, and practice techniques for letting go of resentment. Participants will be encouraged to engage in experiential exercises that cultivate compassion and forgiveness towards others. A safe and sacred space is created for people to share experiences in a supportive environment, fostering a sense of compassionate community and mutual growth in which to heal and transform.

Module 4: Living a Life of Forgiveness

As part of the integration process, participants will develop personal forgiveness plans and learn how to maintain a forgiving attitude in various life situations. We will also explore the relationship between forgiveness and gratitude, and discover how they contribute to inner peace and a deeply fulfilled life.
