Finding Peace in a World of Turmoil

An Immersive Retreat

February 7-9, 2025

Middletown, VA

Join us for an immersive practice retreat designed to open our hearts, clear our minds, and reconnect us to the compassion and goodness that reside at our center.

In our current world, it’s easy to feel disconnected—disconnected from ourselves, from each other, and from the deeper sense of peace that resides within. The extreme polarization and uncertainty that we're experiencing around us can leave us overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted, with little energy to nourish our hearts and spirits. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, to breathe deeply, to meet our emotions with compassion, and to open our heart to the profound love and stillness that resides beneath the surface. Together, we'll embark on a journey of  healing, where we can reconnect with our innermost self and the peace and compassion that is our birthright.

Practices for Peace

In this retreat, we'll engage with tools and techniques that allow us to stay anchored in calm, no matter how stormy the outer world may seem. Throughout the weekend, we'll access a deep sense of presence that allows us to meet whatever arises with clarity, compassion, and grace. Through the ancient practices of meditation, compassion, and the heart opening practices of chanting and prayer, we’ll reconnect to the living, breathing experience of peace.

Experience the Healing Power of Community

When we come together with shared intention and practice, the energy of the group becomes a powerful catalyst for healing and growth. In the supportive environment of this retreat, you’ll join a community of like-minded individuals who are also seeking to generate more peace, compassion, and kindness in their lives. The collective energy of this gathering will amplify your personal transformation and remind you that you are never truly alone on this journey.

Being Peace-agents in our world

Peace and love are powerful forces of transformation—both for ourselves and for the world around us.

When we experience true peace within, it radiates outward and impacts everyone around us. As we cultivate inner stillness and compassion, our inner transformation doesn’t just benefit our own well-being—it has the potential to create ripples of healing and profound peace and connection in the world. Peace is contagious. When we embody peace, we inspire those around us to do the same. When we practice kindness, empathy, and understanding—especially in moments of conflict or discomfort—we become part of a greater movement toward collective healing, equipped to contribute to a more peaceful, compassionate world.

SPACE IS LIMITED to the first 25 participants who sign up.

We expect this retreat to fill quickly, please register soon to reserve your spot!
